OUTFITTER CANCELLATION POLICY
Because we are a small company with a very limited floating season, we cannot assume the risk of loss for client cancellations. Consequently, neither deposits, USFS day fees or full trip fees are refundable. Guest substitutes are welcome. No refund under any circumstance will be given.
Boundary Expeditions reserves the right to cancel any trip based on weather, water level, fire danger, or inadequate bookings. In such cases, every effort will be made to either transfer your trip to a later trip in the same year or the following season.
Gratuities are appreciated by our crew as they usually live off of their tips and try to save their paychecks for the off season. Most importantly it shows them how much each guest appreciates all that they did collectively to make sure they had a great vacation. In recognition of our quality service the standard gratuity is 15-20% of your trip price. All tips are pooled by the trip leader and shared equally by the crew after the trip. While cash gratuities are easiest to distribute, Boundary Expeditions can work with you to process checks and credit cards. We believe our guides are the best in the business and work extremely hard to insure a safe and exceptional adventure experience and gratuities are appreciated.
