For bookings made greater than one year in advance of trip date, a non-refundable 25% booking fee is required to secure your spot; 25% is due one year from trip date, with the remaining 50% due on January 15th of the year of your scheduled trip. For bookings made within one year of the trip date, 50% is due at time of booking. For bookings made after January 15th of the same year as the trip, the full amount is due at time of booking. We accept American Express, MasterCard, VISA, check, or wire transfers.

Reservations will not be held until payment is received.

Upon making a reservation with Boundary Expeditions, all guests agree to these terms and conditions:

All guests are required to sign a waiver before joining the trip. By signing this document, guests will waive certain legal rights, including the right to sue. Please read this form carefully before signing. All guests are required to complete a guest registration form before joining the trip.

Cancellation Policy
Because we are a small company with a very limited floating season, we cannot assume the risk of loss for guest cancellations. Consequently, neither deposits or full trip fees are refundable.

Cancellations
All cancellations must be received in writing.

Guest Substitutions
Guest substitutes are welcome. However, no refund will be given to the original booking party.

Late Payments
Any payment not received within 30 days of invoice may act as notice of cancellation. If payment is not received on time, Boundary Expeditions reserves the right to cancel the booking and re-sell the space. There will be no refund for the original booking.

Boundary Expeditions Cancellation
Boundary Expeditions reserves the right to cancel trips, at our sole discretion, at any time in the interest of the safety of our guests and staff due to water or weather conditions, fire danger, obstructed access to/from the river, due to personal or public health-related issues, acts of God, or due to changes in permits, policies, regulations or laws of any government, or states of emergency.

Travel Insurance
We understand that occasionally events occur that prevent you from joining us on your scheduled trip. Please pay special attention to our Cancellation and Refund Policies. To avoid any financial hardship that an unexpected cancellation and interruption could cause, we strongly recommend purchasing Trip Cancelation/Interruption insurance to protect your trip investment.

There are no exceptions to our policies so we strongly suggest that all guests purchase trip cancellation insurance.

Refund Policy
No refunds will be provided for a trip cancellation made by either Boundary Expeditions or a guest for any of the following circumstances: weather or water conditions, fire danger, obstructed access to/from the river, inadequate bookings, family or workplace obligations/emergencies, changes in permits, policies, regulations or laws of any government, injuries or any personal or public health-related issues, acts of God, or states of emergency. Boundary Expeditions reserves the right to offer a partial or full refund or credit, at its own discretion, for cancellations NOT covered under this policy. If a trip cancellation made solely by Boundary Expeditions is deemed eligible for a trip deferral, we will notify you as such.

In limited circumstances Boundary Expeditions may allow trip deposits to be deferred to a later date. If allowed, deposits may be deferred to the following year. Any subsequent deferrals will be considered as a cancellation and deposit will be lost.

We may, at any time, and at our sole discretion, modify these Terms and Conditions, including our Booking Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Refund Policy, with or without notice to you. Any such modification will be effective immediately upon public posting. It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions for updates or changes. Your use of our services following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of these modified Terms.

Alternate Trip Start Locations
Trips may begin from different locations or airstrips due to water levels, river access, weather, smoke, or other conditions. In cases where Boundary Expeditions deems it necessary to alter trip start location, Boundary Expeditions will not be held responsible for increase in transportation or other costs.
